MAφ 60 seamless steel tube production line mainly consist of walking beam furnace, piercer and Assel pipe mill unit (with mandrel cooling small cycle), high pressure water descaler, 14-stand sizing mill,chain cooling bed,6-roller straightener, cutter and packing device.

ASSEL hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production line complete set of equipment is a cross-rolling unit, which is suitable for the production of medium and thick-wall high-precision seamless steel pipes. It can produce various alloy pipes, bearing steel and carbon pipes, and the product structure is reasonable. The present Assel unit is equipped with a new hydraulic quick-opening device, which effectively solves the problem of tail triangle and improves the yield of products. A number of improvements to the equipment structure of the Assel unit have greatly saved the time for changing specifications, and are convenient for users to organize and produce small batches of orders with multiple specifications.
